1. Introduction: This Policy describes how Sophinity collects, uses, shares, and stores Personal Data of Unrot Users, in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

2. Data we collect:

   • Data provided by the User: name, email, phone number, school, city, academic year, profile picture, User Content, and communications with support.

   • Data collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, content preferences, engagement metrics.

   • Third-party data: academic or performance information provided by partners with consent.

3. Purposes of processing:

    a) Provision and personalization of Services;
    b) Improvement of recommendation algorithms;
    c) Development of new features;
    d) Fraud prevention and security;
    e) Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
    f) Communication with the User, including for marketing purposes when authorized.

4. Legal bases: We process Personal Data based on:

   • Consent (art. 7, I, LGPD);

   • Contract execution (art. 7, V);

   • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), observing fundamental rights and freedoms;
